Today...

is Memorial Day. Contrary to popular belief, it is not a holiday for camping, picnics, and the start of summer parties. It is a day of rememberance for all those who have lost their lives fighting for your freedoms. Freedoms that you take for granted, such as protests, free speach, and the ability to believe what you will. It's the freedom to access facebook, and have any amount of kids that you want.
Today, we remember them, and thank them. And we thank those that came home safe, not in a flag draped coffin. So if you see a vet or an enlisted officer today, say thanks. It means a lot to them.

It's the last Friday of the school year. We'll all be Juniors and Seniors this time next week. :[

All the Seniors will be gone after today. it's just really really sad. I mean we have 3 days of school left. 3!

On the positive side, I take my driver's test...again... today. With my wifey in the car this time. So I will ACE this. :]

YAY!!!!

Why am i excited and jumping up and down for joy, you ask? (well, granted, you can't see me jumping up and down, and im not actually physically jumping up and down...but i digress)
Well, anyway, we are down to 5, count-em, 5, days of school left this year!!! Summer vacation is so close I can almost taste it... :)

I now finally have a couple views from somewhere other than the US: Russia.

Finals procrastination

Ehh, I had good intentions to study for finals this weekend, I really did. I took my books home, and told myself, okay jordan you cant be lazy this weekend, you have to study...its now nearly 5 pm and I havent even opened a book up yet. And I'm gonna pay for it later, i know that for sure. GAH i hate finals, I hate finals week, and I'm gonna be such a biotch this week that you're going to hate me before the week is through. Just a little heads up. :P
Keep that in mind for future reference. U know, for the next couple years of highschool and the SATS and all 6-8 years of college- stay away from Jordan around finals cause she may end up in the loony bin after a mental breakdown lol.
