Seriously?

Can't it be the summer, where the only care in the world I have, is whether or not I'm going to get to hang out with certain people. We have a month left of school, and it's all slipping down hill. As I lay here on my deck, catching the warm spring rays of sun, I can't help but think, SUMMER. I mean we continue to have to do stupid projects that won't help us in the real world. And yet we are forced to do them anyways, or we fail? What kind of institution is that? "Oh you are copying something already made" or "You don't get extra time, even though your class is a day behind everyone else." To be frank, it pisses me off. They want us to do our best, then bash us, when we try. I'm sorry not all of us are good enough for you. It happens. That's life, NO BODY IS PERFECT. A lot of people are stressed as it is, and to add this only makes it worse. Then again who am I to speak, I'm just a person in the background, I voice that shouldn't be heard, or at least that seems to be what we are taught once more.

Can't we all be pacifist?

15 months with out someone, who's so important in my life, what am I supposed to do? When they go to one of the most dangerous places on the face of the earth, and there's a chance they might not come back, all because of a stupid badge on his arm that says "MP".
He's the cousin I'm the closest to. He's one of my Big Brothers. I couldn't stand to lose him, all because of a war that shouldn't have started, that we shouldn't have entered.
I know I can't go around blaming the government, but who else am I to blame? When they are the ones who only think for the sake of power.
Such power hungry people. People of hate, people of greed. What has the earth come down to? Why doesn't the big man upstairs take part in these decisions, or does he think these innocent people should die because of careless mistakes?


Angry, depression, turmoil, greed. It all rules the world, and what are we to do? We are told, to wait. Wait for change, wait for this, wait for that. Pretty much they tell us to wait for the call, saying that our loved one was killed. Sorry for this language, but it's all effin' bullshit. And I don't know how much more I can take, before I end up snapping.
